Westbourne has again partnered with Aoyuan after the successful completion of Esplanade Norwest to build Adela in Burwood. With 107 apartments, extensive landscaping to the street frontage, and a striking face brick facade this project was completed in mid- 2021. Adela was a challenging site with many constraints, each of which expertly managed by the Westbourne project team. We look forward to growing our partnership with Aoyuan.
