The Bond

Westbourne is again Partnering with Capital Corporation after the successful completion of Esplanade Norwest to build the Bond in Bondi Junction.

With 81 apartments, over the Club Bondi RSL, and a striking heritage brick facade this project commenced in June 2022. Designed by Group GSA and with Interiors by Koichi Takada Westbourne is excited to deliver another project to the highest standard.
